What can you ask me to do?

I specialise in digital service improvement. If that sounds like absolute jargon nonsense (it is) have a read on the right for a bit more information about the sort of work I enjoy doing.

Most of my experience is in the third sector (charities and NGOs for the uninitiated) and my preference is always to do good work with cool people improving the world around them. If that sounds like you definitely mention it when you get in touch.

  • Wouldn’t it be incredible if your work just did itself? That’s probably a bit much. I’d love to help you get soul destroying busy work off of your plate though.

    I’d love to take you through the how and why of using tools like Make, Zapier and Airtable automations to remove copying, pasting and manual duplication out of your workflows to give you back precious capacity and headspace.

  • Doing stuff because that’s how it’s always been done and not because it’s the best way around the problem? That doesn’t spark joy.
